Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for All local purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday by appointment only. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time. Please be sure to arrive within your pickup window or package may not be available and a new date/time will have to be arranged.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Every month on the 15th of the month or based on the date selected in your account.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on suppositories, elixirs, or any other custom blended products. We will accept returns on the products within 30 days of order. Items must be unused, in like new condition with no damage to packaging, and safety seals still in place. Once item is received and inspected, if item passes our safety and compliance standards, we will refund your card on file for the cost of item. There will be a $25.00 return fee. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We apologize for what may be seen as unfavorable return and refund policies, but we had to crack down on return abuse. We are a very small, young company and do not have the staff nor the margin to afford offering full refunds, no question returns, and free shipping on returns. We hope to one day get there, but we just aren't there yet. We hope you understand.
